You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This means that you can return one or more items intact, unopened and in their original packaging within this period. We will refund the amount involved and the cost of the return shipment via UPS will be at our expense. If you choose to return your parcel via another carrier, the costs will be at your own expense.
Please contact customer service in advance if you wish to return a product. We prefer that you send us a message via email@example.com or contact our customer service on +34 931 191 244 (Monday to Friday between 08.30 and 17:00h). We kindly ask you to always mention the order number. That order number is mentioned in the confirmation email of your order.
If these conditions are met, we will refund your order.
All returned wines must be in fully saleable condition, with the exception of wines that were delivered damaged in error.
We will refund the amounts concerned as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you do not wish to make the purchase. The amount will be refunded to the same method of payment as you used to pay for the order. However, we may postpone repayment until we have received the products or (if earlier) we have received proof of return from you.
