MEDITERRÁNEO BRUT is made of a traditional blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada which is naturally fermented in our cellars in Barcelona. The grapes we use are pure Mediterranean, some of which are grown literally metres from the sea while others are cultivated for their unique acidity in the mountains overlooking the ocean. HOLA’s special bottle creates an authentic universe which is build around this unique bottle, using balanced materials, textures and sensations to provoke authentic emotions. Endorsed by real wine gurus, it is also vegan.
