All our products are designed and made in the region of Barcelona. Some are inspired by the beautiful city, others by the easy lifestyle of this part of Spain, but all our ¡Hola! wine and sparkling products invite you to travel to the heart of the Mediterranean. Each of them has an authentic character which is built around a special design, using balanced materials, textures and sensations to evoke authentic emotions.

MOST OF OUR GRAPES ARE HAND-PICKED

Because this is of utmost importance to our quality, most of our grapes are picked by hand. This method keeps our grapes young and fresh for pressing, and means that we need much less sulphites for their preservation.

ORGANIC & VEGAN

Right from the start we have selected vineyards which are high up in the mountains close to our winery, as this reduces the quantity of sulphites we have to add to our wines. Because we want our wines to express the natural qualities of our vineyards as much as possible, we use no chemicals – we prefer natural remedies to protect our vineyards from vine and grape diseases.

Once our wines are blended we use bentonite, a natural mineral, to clarify all our wines. Most of our wines have been certified organic and vegan since 2019.

¡Hola! cava has been awarded several gold medals in wine competitions over the years and around the world for its outstanding quality. It was named the best cava in the Belgian market by the famous wine critic Alain Bloeykens in his article “CAVA NUMERO UNO”.
