Delivery terms

All webshop orders are packed in sturdy boxes. If you have placed your order before 16.00h, we aim to deliver within 3 business days. We strive to achieve the delivery time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. If your order consists of more than one shipment, these two (or more) boxes may not be delivered at the same time.

Your order can be delivered as following:

  • Home delivery via UPS
  • Pick up at an UPS Access Point

If you want to follow your package you can do this with the Track & Trace code on the UPS website. We will send your code in the email once your order has left our warehouse.

Home delivery via UPS:
You can track the delivery of your package through the UPS tracking service on the website of UPS. You will receive a tracking code via email once the order has left our warehouse.

UPS Access Point:
Your package will be saved for 14 days at an UPS Access Point. After this period your order will be cancelled and within 10 days your money will be automatically transferred back to your account. If you want to follow your package you can do this with the Track & Trace code on the UPS website.

Shipping costs

You may be charged for the delivery of your order. These costs depend on the amount of your order. For orders over €55, HOLACAVA does not charge shipping costs.

If the order is below €55, HOLACAVA applies a delivery charge of €6,99.

This will be indicated in your shopping cart, during the ordering process and in the confirmation email.

Track your order

If you want to follow your package you can do this with the Track & Trace code on the UPS website. We will send your code in the email once your order has left our warehouse.

Delivery days

We deliver on a daily basis except for weekends and public holidays.

What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not home, they will receive a UPS note in their letterbox with the request to contact UPS to make alternative delivery arrangements. If the recipient does not contact UPS, the package will automatically be delivered again the following business day and a third time on the third business day. If no one is available on any of these three occasions, the package will be returned to HOLACAVA. If your package has not been delivered within the agreed period, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

An error in the delivery address

In general, it is not possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. This has to do with the fact that the warehouse will start collecting your order as soon as possible in order to be able to send it out for you in time. Always check which address you enter. Should you notice that you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible through hola@holacava.com. If your orders have not yet been processed by the warehouse, we can exceptionally make a change.

Cancel or change my order

If you would like to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by e-mail at hola@holacava.com or by phone at +34 931 191 2444 (weekdays, 08:30 am until 5:00 pm). If you wait too long and your order has already been made or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
