The versatile artist and wine enthusiast Måns Zelmerlöw takes another step into the world of wine with the launch of his latest creation, ¡HOLA! MZ “Mi Corazón” by Måns Zelmerlöw. This elegant red wine in a bag-in-box format is the result of collaboration between Måns Zelmerlöw and the talented winemaker Joan Solér.
The wine stems from the highly acclaimed wine region of Jumilla in southeastern Spain. ¡HOLA! MZ “Mi Corazón”—a full-bodied, generous, and elegant red wine made from the Monastrell grape. The grape, also known as Mataró in Catalonia, has its origins in Spain and has become synonymous with powerful and flavourful wines often described as possessing a distinct and characteristic flavour profile. Its unique characteristics include a robust structure, full flavours of dark berries such as blackberries, dark cherries, and plums, as well as subtle notes of pepper and chocolate.
Tasting Notes
In Appearance: Deep dark red color.
On the Nose: Generous aroma of dark fruits such as blackberries, dark cherries, plums, black currants, with hints of pepper and chocolate.
On the Palette: The taste is full and elegant, with a fine dark berry character, balanced tannins, and intense flavour concentration. In the flavour, you will find notes of dark berries, ripe cherries, cocoa, spices, and herbs, followed by a long and pleasant finish.
