These cava’s have aged an average of 12 months according to the traditional method in our Barcelona cellars. We strive each day to allow our cava to reflect an optimal natural and ecological balance between humans and nature in our vineyards where the Mediterranean Sea breeze blows every day. During harvesting, most of our grapes are hand-picked and selected to ensure their optimal quality before pressing. We created this cava both for lovers of the traditional product as well as those in for something much more fashionable.
