MEDITERRÁNEO is made of our unique coupage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir which is naturally fermented in our cellars in Barcelona. The grapes we use are pure Mediterranean, some of which are grown literally metres from the sea while others are cultivated for their unique acidity in the mountains overlooking the ocean. The Rosé is made of the best Pinot Noirs from Catalonia. HOLA’s special bottle creates an authentic universe which is build around this unique bottle, using balanced materials, textures and sensations to provoke authentic emotions. Endorsed by real wine gurus and it is vegan.

Tasting Notes

• In Appearance: Bright pink with reflections of peach color.
• On the Nose: Stone fruits such as cherry give way to forest fruits that subtly lift the fresh sensation. As it develops, the cassis embraces notes of pastry, giving an unexpected lightness to the sweetness.
• On the Palette: Red fruit aromas develop that float over the acidity.  Black currant, grapefruit and cherry create a fresh, rich, light texture on a bed of dried herbs and liqueur that lends the depth of a great sparkling wine to this rosé.
