This bottle invites us to travel to the heart of the Mediterranean. Made with traditional grapes, balanced materials and textures to provoke authentic emotions.
MEDITERRÁNEO is made of a traditional blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada which is naturally fermented in our cellars in Barcelona. The grapes we use are pure Mediterranean, some of which are grown literally metres from the sea while others are cultivated for their unique acidity in the mountains overlooking the ocean. HOLA’s special bottle creates an authentic universe which is build around this unique bottle, using balanced materials, textures and sensations to provoke authentic emotions. Endorsed by real wine gurus and it is also vegan.
Tasting Notes
In Appearance: Pale gold colour, with constant fine bubbles.
On the Nose: Aromatic scent of apple, citrus notes and pineapple draw a palette of fruit tones on a background of toasted brioche. White flowers flirt with balsamic notes topped with sandalwood and caramel.
On the Palette: The richness comes full force on the elegance and ease of the lower alcohol level that at no point detracts from the sensations surrounding the product. Pure fruit, full of flavor, pronounced natural acidity that glides on the notes of dried fruit.

Second fermentation in pressurized tanks (Charmat method)
