This organic brut reserva cava has aged according to the traditional method in our Barcelona cellars. Grapes are soft and lightly pressed. We do not use chemicals in our vineyards. During harvesting, most of our grapes are hand-picked and selected to ensure their optimal quality before pressing.

Tasting Notes

  • In Appearance: Bright pale lemon colour and fine bubble.
  • On the Nose: Clean and pronounced aromas of green apples, citrus fruit and herbal notes with a bready touch.
  • On the Palette: Dry entrance refreshed by a natural acidity and the sparkle of the creamy mousse and tingling carbonic. Intense fruity character with faint yeasty flavour. Long and crispy aftertaste.
