This brut nature cava has aged an average of 12 months according to the traditional method in our Barcelona cellars. We strive each day to allow our cava to reflect an optimal natural and ecological balance between humans and nature in our vineyards where the Mediterranean Sea breeze blows every day. During harvesting, most of our grapes are hand-picked and selected to ensure their optimal quality before pressing. We created this cava both for lovers of the traditional product as well as those in for something much more fashionable.
Tasting Notes
- In Appearance: Pale straw yellow with greenish hints. Fine and long-lasting bubbles.
- On the Nose: Intense and fresh aromas of green apple, citrus notes and notes of pastry and almonds.
- On the Palette: Great balance. Complex, delicate, beautiful harmony, large structure and intense fruity aromas.
