Very clean, intense and fresh aromas of white fruit (green apple, grape, citrus notes). Harmonious and appetizing in the mouth with great balance. Complex, delicate, beautiful harmony, large structure, freshness and intense fruity aromas. This cava is the driest in style and contains only 1,3 grams of residual sugars. Fresh, fruity and easy to drink cava in its purest and most natural form. Patiently resting for 18 months in the silence of our underground cellars. Combining this cava with tapas is sure to be a hit!

Vinification methodThis cava experienced a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method. This cava is the driest in style and contains only 1,3 grams of residual sugars. The parellada grapes are grown in our vineyards at +500 meters above sea level. These grapes are like gold to all our cava's and ensure the fresh sours.
